Ready to Use
Bought a new computer, smartphone, tablet, or game console? Then, of course, you want to get started right away. With MediaMarkt Ready to Use, we prepare your new device for use. We handle the installation and set up your personal preferences together with you. This way, you have no hassle and can enjoy your new device without worries.
TV calibration
Every television screen – even of the same model – is different. That’s why different settings are needed for each television. During a TV calibration, our trained staff optimise the picture settings of your television, so you can enjoy crystal-clear images afterwards.
Screen repair
A crack in the screen of your smartphone or tablet is extremely annoying. Fortunately, we specialise in first aid for smartphone accidents. All you need to do is send your smartphone or tablet to our repair centre free of charge or visit one of our 55 stores.
Screen Protection
When purchasing a new smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch, good protection is essential. There’s nothing worse than a scratch or crack on your device caused by keys in your pocket or an unfortunate fall on the pavement.
Trade-In Service

Additional services
White goods services
Need a new washing machine, cooker, or other white goods appliance? At MediaMarkt, you can choose a delivery day for all your white goods appliances from the calendar. We deliver your new appliance up to the fourth floor (unless a lift is available) and connect it for you. If desired, we will also take away your old white goods appliance and the packaging materials.
Installation service
Choose convenience and let us install, connect, and test your new built-in appliance. When you select the 'Installation' service, you can then choose a day for our partners to come and install and connect your new built-in appliances. They will also remove your old built-in appliance and, if desired, take it away with them.
Essent energy contracts
At the Essent shop-in-shop in MediaMarkt, you can come to us with all your questions about energy. Our Essent energy advisors are happy to help you, whether you're looking for a new energy contract or want to reduce your energy consumption at home. We assist you with the next step, whether it’s small or large.
